As a member, representatives from your entity will gain access to a community of practice (NRWC Community). The NRWC Community is a go-to source for guidance, resources, evidence-informed approaches, best practices, innovations, and information about reentry specific workforce development strategies.
We will leverage our collective voice and reach to support policy changes specific to the reentry workforce to address collateral consequences and inclusive hiring practices to create more employment opportunities for previously incarcerated individuals.
While our services, resources, and commitment is to advancing the wider field, organizations and agencies will gain greater benefit when they become members. A nominal fee will be charged to make membership accessible to organizations of all sizes, and to help sustain our efforts. Sign up below to receive more information on membership when we launch our membership portal.
NRWC is an emerging national network of organizations, practitioners, advocates, employers, and industry experts in reentry programming and workforce development, spanning across 74 cities in 32 states.
