Reentry Specialist Certification

The Reentry Specialist Certification (RSC) is a self-paced online program for reentry specialists, case managers, employment specialists, and similar roles to develop the practical skills needed to effectively apply evidence-based reentry practices.

Why Get Certified?

The Reentry Specialist Certification offers the field a standard of practice to support community reentry programs to connect their program models to evidence-informed guiding principles. These standards identify and address important foundational knowledge, evidence-based skills, and core competencies for professional development across the reentry continuum. This professional certification is designed to help reentry specialists and leaders develop a baseline of competencies aligned with the most up to date science and high impact strategies.
