Like so many other systemic challenges, the goal of creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with prior convictions is a complex, multi-dimensional challenge. No single service provider is able to address all the dimensions of the problem; working in collaboration with others is vital if we want to make any meaningful progress.
How do you envision collaborative work improving our impact? Each of us has a different lens on the issue, based on the stakeholder groups we represent, and the nature of our local economic ecosystem. By sharing those perspectives, we are all able to design more informed, and potentially more effective, interventions. We can also help each other anticipate what challenges to expect, and how to respond.
