The Employer Engagement Excellence (Ex3) assessment is designed to gauge an organization’s readiness to develop and sustain strong relationships with employers. The tool is designed based on 20 leading practices and organized in five phases of employer engagement. The content was informed by practitioners, workforce experts, employers, and people with lived experience, possessing a collective 150 years of experience in building relationships with fair chance hiring (FCH) employers. The process will take approximately 45 minutes to complete.
